You tell us what your business needs and share your site. We carry out a free consultation and site survey to understand your requirements and constraints. By the end of this stage, you have expert input on what is feasible on your site.
You share your brief, brand and budget. Our in-house architects produce a bespoke design and a fixed-price quote that covers the whole project. By the end of this stage, you have a firm number to put in front of decision-makers.
You leave the paperwork to us. We prepare and manage your planning application, acting as principal designer and principal contractor. By the end of this stage, you have the consents in place without having to coordinate them yourself.
You confirm how the building will be paid for. We support capital, framework procurement and Section 106 routes, and for eligible schools and trusts a 10-year lease with no upfront capital. By the end of this stage, your funding route is clear.
You keep trading as usual. We manufacture your timber frames and insulated cassette panels at our Coventry factory while groundworks happen on site in parallel. By the end of this stage, your building is ready to assemble with minimal time on site.
You prepare to move in. We assemble the building, connect services, complete the fit-out and finish to a high standard. By the end of this stage, you have a complete, ready-to-use building and a single point of contact for aftercare.
