Yes. Ground conditions rarely make life easy, and we have engineered foundations across a wide range of sites in 23 years of work. Pad and pier foundations are our standard approach, with screw piles for sites near trees, reinforced rafts for made-up ground, and strip or insulated slab foundations where conditions suit. We assess your site and ground information, then specify the most appropriate, cost-effective solution. Awkward access, uneven terrain and existing services are all challenges we have worked through before.

Absolutely. Most of our structural work is collaborative, and we are used to integrating with architects, main contractors and wider project teams. We review your design intent, contribute structural input early so problems are designed out rather than discovered later, and coordinate our calculations and drawings with the rest of the team.
